The leaves are solar dried and powdered carefully, preserving their natural green colour, aroma, and nutritional integrity. Crafted in small batches that are grinded in Low RPM Pulverizer that keep the nutrients intact, this masala reflects purity, freshness, and mindful processing at every step.

Balanced with organic curry leaves powder and carefully infused with herbs and spices like coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and amchur powder for that extra zing. We have also added lemon, ginger, green chilli, pepper and black salt for seasoning your buttermilk, salads, chaats perfectly. The urad dal, tamarind and the black salt + rock salt combination will make it the perfect companion for your dosas and idli. Also, perfect for sprinkling over rice, or dhals, it transforms simple meals into nourishing, flavour-forward dishes rooted in traditional wisdom.
