Groundnut oil is a staple in south asian households, used in various local cuisines providing a distinct flavour and being widely available before refined oils became popular. It is rich in vitamin E which has antioxidant properties while also aiding to reduce risk of heart disease. Naturley’s groundnut oil being extracted in our wooden cold press, retains all the nutrients seed oils provide as it is extracted at room temperature which in other commercial forms of extracting oils, are lost in the process.
